I don't think the resemblence to the old Microsoft Minesweeper could be a possible copyright violation here. It might be mentioned to be on the safe side though (Microsoft isn't the original inventor of the Minesweeper game, the visual appearance might rather be the subject of a trademark which Microsoft didn't establish, and today wouldn't as this appearance came from the GUI of the old Windows 3.1 and 9x systems).
