DO YOU THING THAT IT IS POSSIBLE TO REALISE A MINI OLED TV

using a cheap lcd oled color 96X64 PIXEL that rotate on the x axes and and that slide in front or behind for adjust the depth of the whole circle

DOES SOMETHINK LIKE THAT CAN BE CONTROLED WITH AVR UZEBOX AND RGB LED AND ROTARY MOTOR TO MAKE A SHIP SCREEN SMALL OR BIG SIZE ? THANK YOU FOR ANSWER sorry for big letter.

With the Uzebox, I don't think so as the timing is rather rigid, the best bet is what for example Alec is doing for portables (see here, basically using an NTSC mini TV). Those panels typically have SPI interface, you would rather control them like the Arduboy does its own, so it is definitely doable, just not the Uzebox way. Then, beyond that is all about mechanics and optics to get what you would like to have.
