2600 Combat

Hand-copied the sprites from the original asm code and threw together a basic map (no code yet!)

If anybody wants to jump in with some better art and/or more maps, I'll gladly incorporate it. Wouldn't mind making the tanks 16x16 instead of only 8x8, since uzebox is a lot higher resolution than the original 2600 was (think it was something like 160x120).
