I'm in my (not completed project - Breakout) tried two options rebound:
1.Simple method only changes the sign of the angle.
2.Intermediate angles are used, according to the table corners.
The second provides a variety in the game, but the movement of the ball I got not smooth ... I also used a five speed levels. I would have to somehow get back to this project and finish!

Aahhh yeah I know this one... Yes, the gold bricks are unbreakable and it happens sometimes. I suppose the fact that it only has 3 angles ends up causing this loop. Perhaps Lee's idea of a lookup or CunningFellow's time limit could solve the problem. In any cases, if you hit the bug again...you can use a secret cheat: Press Y+X+Left Shoulder anytime to open the warp to the next level!

Hey guys,

I have updated the wiki page of Arkanoid and added a new version.

Now you can see the level and the lives you have left in the bottom left and right corners.
If you lose a ball, you lose a life. If you get a "P" as a bonus, you gain a life.

I have thrown out the cheats :)

I also added the title screen again, but without the Arkanoid lettering. Didn't fit into the flash anymore. With START you can pause in the game.

Now the attraction is a little bigger when playing. But I will try to improve it a little bit in the future.

Oh I found out that there's enough space for more levels.
So I decided to add some more. 8-)
I set the random function for extra lives a bit better and I think I will add an extea ship after the 8 level.
It's a bit harder right now when you don't get extra ships but I guess it is okay.

What do u think?

Ok, put the actual .uze file on the wiki page.

Now we have 11 levels and a score function (no EEPROM until now).
Also the player life is presente dby small ships in the left corner (No sprites until now).

Hi Kilo! That's a nice addition that I wanted back then. But didn't have any more RAM to make them with sprites. A port to Jubatian palette video mode could recover a lot of RAM and perhaps even allows for the addition of enemies. That would be awesome.
