The Uzebox kernel currently only supports the official Nintendo SNES mouse connected to the second controller port. The Hyperkin Hyper Click optical SNES mouse can be made to mostly work with the ControllerTester app by applying a kernel patch, see the second post here, but this patch doesn't make the Hyper Click work in Whack-a-mole.

Solitaire, Calculator Demo and Uzeamp also support mouse input.

If you can't find an official Nintendo branded SNES mouse nor wait for Hyper Click mouse support then it may be possible to build a SNES PS2 mouse adapter with an Arduino or modify the firmware of the Uzebox keyboard interface to work with PS2 mice, if you're looking for a fun project.

Mouse support is an integral part of the Uzebox 128+.
