diy euzebox case

diy euzebox case

hello all,

i made a euzebox case in google sketchup:

it needs 2x 3MM self tapping screws to assemble.

i don't know, my first intention was to put it on shapeways or something so people can let it 3d print, but they ask way too much money for 3d printed stuff in my opinion~

so i made the file publicly so everyone can do with it what they want :D

An enclosure for the Uzebox would be also interesting. (For the EUzebox a DIY enclosure set is available but not for the Uzebox...)

Perhaps you can create such an Google Sketch file also for the Uzebox...

Yeah, some enclosures designs for the Uzebox would be neat. I for myself wanted to buy a 3D printer for a while for pretty much just do project enclosures. But the tag prices for entry models are still too high to my taste and quality is still not high enough for me.

you can try shapeways if you're desperately for one, though it's on the expensive side for (mass)production..

edit:

this is a case with 3D text on it (it's just a sample)

maybe something like this may be usefull for the first prize of the UCC2014?
