A great read, its amazing to think how far chips have come. IMHO the only chip missing from the list is the 4164 64Kx1 from TI (if I remember correctly). Without that chip 80's home computers would have been so limited or very expensive (thinks about it for a while ... weren't they already limited and expensive )
