Just to alleviate any confusion my full name is Richard James Croskell - but most people call me Jim.
I remember getting paid the princely sum of £125 for this, my 1st ever published program some 27 years ago.
Sadly I never got much more of my work published (one in MSX Computing which I have the actual magazine here somewhere) due to staring work in the IT industry which pretty much laid to waste computing as a hobby for me , that's why you find me lurking here trying to relive the old days

Hehe awesome...yeah those were the days where I would type endless programs from magazines! Eh, and where the authors were also getting paid for their submissions. Great times!
