Nice! Beware to not put the holes to close together. Consider the width of the SNES plugs and leave a bit more.

Also, i have to admit that i learn a lot....

Still looking forward to building one of these things! Have any progress updates happened?

Also, where did you get those female 90° SNES connectors from?

Hi D3thAdd3r,
Sorry for this late answer.. I have made a pause since the birth of my third children, a girl for the first time :D .
I will (i hope) continue the project sooner..
Regarding the SNES right Angle connector, it is normal connectors and i have just asked them to do the job to curve the connectors...
I have to contact them also because that was only free samples (i have paid just the shipping) and i remember to have a lot of difficulty to find them..
They sell only in quantity (too much for my own need).
Regards.

Depending on the quantity and price, we could maybe do a group buy. I could certainly grab 500+.

Edit : Just find my last discussion with my supplier :
"
price is 0.75 USD MOQ is 100 pcs.

price is 0.55 USD MOQ is 1000 pcs.

Shipping cost will be given to you after your confirmation of quantity."

Yes, some revisions of that LCD screen can be powered with 5V. Saw that on the net and tried it and it works. You have to apply power directly on some pads of the driver PCB though.

In the same time, i have think of taking a Thin mini-itx case would be a more nicer option with silkscreen etc.. as i did for my own mini-pc..

I will redraw the schematics in order to have a 17*17cm PCB.. more space to add a frequency clock divider, and also i am trying to put the CXA1645PM for the video encoder in DIP Package.

I would like to know if there is a newer version of the Uzebox Schematics please since i don't follow the forum for a long time.. I will use the more recent one for my 17*17cm PCB (Uzenet? SPI Ram?)

Regards.
