Ok, it's not like the tearing you initially mentionned! A bit of wobble. It's gonna by tough to solve, since none of my 3 TVs have the problem. Perhaps with my new video capture I just bought. I will try that to see.

Re: Uzebox revolution!
Thanks for the comments Clay, I'll have a close look at those. For the 'distortion on the side of the screen' it's not really gone, I just put the limit how far you can go like 5 pixels less and it doesn't have problems.

Re: A blogpost about Uzebox
Oh, one thing I noticed from your blog. I recall the C64 CPU was clocked around 1 Mhz. The VIC-II, it's graphics chip was the one clocked at 14Mhz. Unless that's was you meant?

Uzebox revolution!
Well, it was on my mind since I first published the first sprite engine. Lerc finally convinced me the resolution was a bit too low. I went back to the drawing board and here's the result! This is just a proof-of-concept, but it show the potential. Back to to nice 240x224 resolution and tiles and sp...

Well, the Uzebox is a retro-minimalist, open source game console. It is based on an AVR 8-bit general purpose microcontroller made by Atmel. The ...
