Re: Official parts list

Why did it take only 10 years for snes connectors to get cheap to buy !? Specially 90 deg ones are what we always needed right? Will update the pcb to support those at last. In fact a there's a lot of sellers on Aliexpress for those, pretty crazy. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/For-SFC-Consle-Moth...

Re: Wiki Login Problem

Yeah, right after logging in it requires that I change the password. I tried logging in then clicking the logo to go back to the main page, but that just logs me out.
I also tried making the new password the same as the temporary password, but it still spits out that error.

Wiki Login Problem

I just got an email saying a wiki account was created for me (I requested one a few months ago), and a temporary password was made. I was able to login, but after changing my password it gives this error: MediaWiki internal error. Exception caught inside exception handler. Set $wgShowExceptionDetail...

Re: Uzebox Mode 3 with Scrolling Guide

touchingTile == 24+Screen.scrollY I don't understand the intent behind that line and it is hard to guess without seeing more code. (...) If I do Print(Screen.scrollY, 1, 1); I get a garbled mess of text That is to be expected, since you are passing Screen.scrollY as the x position to draw at, and p...

Re: Uzebox Mode 3 with Scrolling Guide

You likely need to also consider the Screen.scrollX and Screen.scrollY values in your collision detection code. The Super Mario Demo does not have collision detection but it does work with the scroll value. It may help to look at it. https://github.com/Uzebox/uzebox/blob/master/demos/SuperMarioDemo...

Re: Uzebox Mode 3 with Scrolling Guide

I used your guide to add scrolling to my UzeJump game, and it works great! However, I can't figure out how to properly use the Level_getTileAt function. Before, I was able to use some simple code to detect if the player is touching a platform: touchingTile = GetTile((playerx/8)+1, (playery/8)+2); if...

Re: This exists!!

Hi, welcome!! I also found the Uzebox when I had an idea about a game console based on AVR. If you want to try out some games in an emulator, I recommend using Cuzebox ( http://uzebox.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2386 ) instead of Uzem. Cuzebox has more features, and in my experience is generally ...
