For the stm32f4 what tool chains are people using? I have seen a few setup guides for linux. I would love to see other peoples code/info to learn from. Thanks

I keep checking back for progress. I love reading about these retro systems, and long for a time when I will have time to play with these projects. I would definitely be interested in a kit, I would love a board that could do snes/amiga quality graphics and audio in a sbc.

I finally had some time to devote to this and I got it working, with the devkitArm. I wound up using st-link git://github.com/texane/stlink.git for flashing the stm32f4. This demo is awesome - I just got a stm32f4 discovery board because I the demo. I wanted to use the code as a jumping off to learn the demoscene techniques. I have not wired up the r2 vga ladder yet, but I was able to build the tool chain and compile your code. I did have to make a slight change to ...
