Re: My UzeBox Enclosure =)

Nice. I like how you found a 4:3 panel for it! It seems like it could be a quite practical 2 player portable! My UzeBox Enclosure =)

Hi all! Nice to see you again Let me share my last HW project - I've made and "enclosure on steroids" for UzeBox. http://s018.radikal.ru/i511/1611/5b/2e9ae69690c1t.jpg It consists of 2 parts - let's say "top" and "bottom" Bottom contains everything UzeBox related - devi...

Probable solution, eliminating SNES jacks

Hi UzeBox people! Hope you are all fine. I have a suggestion for UzeBox design. UzeBOX uses SNES connectors. To my mind, this is kind of "weak" point. -They are rare -They are expensive I personlly think that it is possible to replace those connectors with DB9M standart ones and make a pin...

Re: Framemeister: Outputting crisp video to LCD TVs

Scanlines is a killing feature, indeed.
So if you are "professional retro-fan", you need it...
200+ USD... But according to video, quality of LCD TV still matters.

Re: SCART version from Russia.

Indeed, it solved all my retro issues currently :) By the way, scart is sharp because raw r,g,b and sync signals are used. No mess with mixing them. Also it open doors to pal-only devices for USA and Canada markets and NTSC-only to Europe. It have never been an issue if u are using Korean or Chinese...

Re: SCART version from Russia.

Device finally arrived! Now I can connect UzeBox and other retro-stuff via HDMI. No need for special monitor =). http://i57.tinypic.com/2zzow08.jpg Supports both RGB and composite http://i58.tinypic.com/2hicwaw.jpg http://i60.tinypic.com/rw6pna.jpg Probably may support SVIDEO input, but I don't have...

Article about AVR DIY computes

People, here is some summary-like article about AVR DIY single board computers

http://adapto.rs/arc/site/artcls/avrcomputers/

It's in russian, but "translate" button works somehow (ugly, but generally will give you an idea).

Thanks for your attention!
