Totally agreed! It's always been my philosophy that to invest any efforts in projects it has to be relatively easy to build by hobbyists with PCB plans and documentation. So this one is a win for sure.

I think I found the issue. Long story short, the hole actually ignored the tolerances and was exactly the same diameter as the logo in all version.
